The 2.42 minutes long trailer of Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu features Chiranjeevi as the titular character, a RAW agent and National Security Advisor. Nayanthara, on the other hand, is seen as Shashirekha, a dynamic woman whom he meets at a wedding and falls in love. However, they part ways soon following some issues, and the leading man is adamant to win his lady love back.
