Peddi Box Office Collection Day 7 Early Updates: Peddi is all set to complete its first week in cinemas today (June 10), marking a crucial milestone in its theatrical run. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the Telugu sports drama hit theatres on June 4 and has quickly positioned itself as one of the year's most discussed and closely watched releases.
Headlined by Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor, the film has delivered a strong box office performance so far. However, the movie has also found itself in the middle of online debate, with sections of viewers criticising parts of Janhvi Kapoor's characterisation, calling certain moments unnecessarily sexualised. Following the backlash, reports suggest that the director has confirmed the removal of the controversial portions from the film.
Peddi Box Office Collection Day 6 (First Tuesday)
After a powerful opening, Peddi maintained steady momentum through the extended weekend. As per Sacnilk estimates, the film opened with a massive ₹51 cr net, while paid previews contributed an additional ₹18.50 cr ahead of its official release.
On Day 6 (Tuesday), the film witnessed a drop of around 21.5%, collecting approximately ₹9.70 crore net, taking its overall India net collection to ₹179.70 crore and gross collection to ₹213.64 cr in six days.
Peddi Day 7 Early Trends (First Week Collection)
As the film enters its seventh day (Wednesday), early trends suggest a noticeable slowdown in collections amid midweek pressure and ongoing online discussions surrounding the controversy.
According to real-time Sacnilk estimates, Peddi has earned around ₹3.76 cr net by 7:00 PM on Day 7, pushing its total India net collection to approximately ₹183.46 cr, while gross figures stand at ₹218.08 cr so far. Final day numbers are still awaited.
Reportedly mounted on a massive budget of around ₹350 cr, Peddi has so far managed to recover close to 50% of its production cost within the first week itself.
