Ustaad Bhagat Singh, which is directed by Harish Shankar, has been receiving mixed reviews from the audiences. However, the recent updates suggest that a grand opening is on cards for the Pawan Kalyan starrer.

According to the latest reports by the popular box office tracking website Sacnilk, Ustaad Bhagat Singh is gearing to make a grand opening on its Day 1, at the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana box office. The all-India net collection of the Pawan Kalyan starrer crossed the ₹20 crore mark by the evening of its release day. In that case, the net collection from the Telugu states, would be now standing at over ₹16 crore.

While considering the early reports by Sacnilk, it is safe to assume that Ustaad Bhagat Singh will definitely cross the ₹20 crore mark with its Andhra Pradesh and Telangana box office net collections. The total gross collection of the Pawan Kalyan starrer from the Telugu states alone, is expected to cross the ₹25 crore mark by the end of its Day 1 at the theatres. The All India (domestic) box office gross collection of UBS is expected cross the ₹30 crore mark on Day 1.

Pawan Kalyan plays the titular character, a fierce police officer who sticks to his morals and principles even in the toughest situations, in the Harish Shankar film. Sreeleela and Raashii Khanna appear as the female leads in Ustaad Bhagat Singh, which features R Parthiban, Ashutosh Rana, Nawab Shah, Rajeev Kanakala, Posani Krishna Murali, Gautami, Chammak Chandra, Panja Vaishnav Tej, and others in key roles.
