Bramyugam is one of the highly anticipated movies of Megastar Mammootty in 2024, directed by Rahul Sadasivan, known for his debut, Bhoothakaalam. This horror film delves deep into Kerala's dark historical periods. Jointly produced by Night Shift Studios and YNot Studios, Bramayugam stars Arjun Ashokan, Sidharth Bharathan, and Amalda Liz in key roles. With a substantial budget, the film is slated for release in the upcoming month. Apart from Malayalam, Bramayugam will hit screens in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi languages.

Directed by Vysakh, 'Tubo' represents Mammootty’s third collaboration with the director following Pokkiri Raja and Madhura Raja. Apart from starring in it, the superstar also assumes the role of producer under his banner Mammootty Kampany. 'Turbo' is described as an action film penned by Midhun Manuel Thomas. Kannada actor-filmmaker Raj B Shetty is set to play a negative role in this movie, marking his second venture in Malayalam cinema. Reports suggest that Megastar Mammootty is set for a cameo appearance in the forthcoming action thriller 'Abraham Ozler.' Directed by Midhun Manuel Thomas, the film revolves around a cop named Abraham Ozler tracking down a serial killer. Jayram takes on a lead role in this movie, marking a significant comeback in Malayalam cinema after an extended period. Scheduled for release on January 11, 'Abraham Ozler' also features Anaswara Rajan, Sai Kumar, Arjun Ashokan, and Jagadish in pivotal roles.

Mammootty will be next seen in Telugu movie Yatra 2. Mammootty will portray the role of late chief minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy, and Jiiva will essay the role of his son, YS Jagan. Directed by Mahi V Raghav, 'Yatra 2' is produced by Shiva Meka for V Celluloid and Three Autumn Leaves. This sequel delves into the narrative of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the present Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, and is scheduled to hit theaters on February 8, 2024.
