Diljit-Hania’s Sardaar Ji 3 Becomes the Highest-Grossing Indian Movie in Pakistan: Here Are 5 Biggest Indian Hits

"Sardaar Ji 3" has created history at the Pakistan box office, emerging as the highest-grossing Indian film in the country. On its very first day, it broke the previous record set by Sultan, earning PKR 3.5 crore (USD 125K). The film has since crossed the PKR 50 crore mark, setting a new benchmark for Indian cinema in Pakistan.

"Carry On Jatta 3" collected over PKR 40 crore during its initial run in Pakistan in 2023. Owing to the low demand for other Eid releases and a minimal expected turnout, the film was re-released in Pakistani cinemas, drawing audiences back to theatres.

Rajkumar Hirani’s Sanju, a biopic on the life of Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt, grossed around Rs 37.60 crore in Pakistan, making it one of the highest-grossing Bollywood films in the country. Starring Ranbir Kapoor in a remarkable performance as Sanjay Dutt, Vicky Kaushal, Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, and Dia Mirza. 

Salman Khan’s blockbuster Sultan grossed around Rs 33.80 crore in Pakistan, making it one of the country’s top-performing Bollywood films. The sports drama, featuring Salman as a wrestler battling personal and professional challenges, also starred Anushka Sharma in a pivotal role. Its powerful storyline and high-octane performances made it a massive hit among audiences.

Diljit Dosanjh and Neeru Bajwa’s Jatt and Juliet 3 earned an impressive Rs 30 crore in Pakistan, continuing the success of the beloved Punjabi franchise. Known for its mix of romance, comedy, and heartwarming moments, the film struck a chord with audiences, making it one of the highest-grossing Punjabi films in the country.
