Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 faced a tough run at the box office after its release on December 12, 2025, mainly due to stiff competition from big releases like Dhurandhar and Avatar: Fire and Ash. The film earned an India net collection of ₹11.9 crore, an India gross of ₹14 crore, and overseas earnings of ₹1.75 crore, bringing its worldwide gross to ₹15.75 crore. Reports suggest that the film managed to recover only about 35% of its budget during its initial run.

Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 follows Mohan (Kapil Sharma), who wants to marry his girlfriend Sania (Warina Hussain) but faces obstacles due to family and religious differences.
