Prithviraj to Malavika Mohanan: Mollywood Stars Who Have Made Their Debut In Hindi Cinema

Prithviraj is one of the leading actors in the Malayalam cinema. He made his debut in Malayalm in 2002 film 'Nandanam'. The film was directed by Ranjith, released in theaters in 2002 was well received by audience as well as critics. His stardom rose after success of Nandanam. Later 10 years after, Prithviraj who made his big Bollywood debut in 2012 with Aiyya. In the movie, he appeared in a lead role opposite actress Rani Mukherjee. Helmed by Sachin Kundalkar, the film was tanked at the box-office. 

Actor Roshan Mathew, who made a grand debut in Hindi Cinema, along side Alia Bhatt in the movie 'Darling'. The comedy drama, directed and written by Jasmeet K Reen was released in Netflix. The film was made on a small budget, and got good responses from audience.  

The two time Kerala State Award Winner actress Parvathy, is one of the most-followed actress in the Malayalam Cinema.  By playing wide variety of roles on-screen,  Parvathy proved herself as a versatile actor in the industry. She made her  Bollywood debut in 2017 film 'Qarib Qarib Singlle'. Directed by  Tanuja Chandra,  Paravthy appeared in lead role opposite Bollywood late actor Irfan Khan. 

After success of Telugu Super hit movie 'Seetharamam' actor Dulquer Salmaan has become current sensation of   South Indian film industry. As a star kid, he followed his father's footsteps and entered into the industry. He is best known for his performances in the movies like Kurupp, Bangalore Days, Charlie, Usthad Hotel etc. After achieving successful career in Malayalam cinema, Dulquer made his Bollywood debut in 2018 with 'Karwaan'. In the movie he played a lead role among with actress  Irrfan Khan, and Mithila Palkar. Later, he appeared in another two films like 'The Zoya Factor' and  'Chup: Revenge of the Artist'. 

Actress Malavika Mohanan, started her acting career in 2013 ,with 'Pattom Pole'.  In the movie, she played a young woman opposite to actor Dulquer Salmaan has grabbed the attention of audience. Malavika who acted in few movies in Malayalam film industry, made her Bollywood debut in 2017 with Beyond the Clouds and beyond. Her performances in the movie had received critical appreciation from audience as well as critics.
