Robot, Ghajini, and more ;5 Blockbuster Hit Movies Rejected By Citadel Actress

Shankar's Robot is one of the best sci-fic drama, ever made in Indian Cinema. Starring Rajnikanth and Aishwarya Rai in lead roles, the film broke several box-office collection across the world. In an interview, the actress Priyanka Chopra revealed Aishwarya Rai who played the role in the movie, was first offered to her. But she rejected the project due to some personal reasons. 

Directed by A.R.Murugadose,'Ghajini' is one of highest grossing films in Tamil cinema. After success of Ghajini in Tamil, director A.R.Murugadose, who made it in Hindi that featured actor Aamir Khan and Asin lead roles. According to reports, Asin was also initially offered to Priyanka Chopra. But Chopra rejected the project, because of commitment issues at that time.

Ali Abbas Zafar wanted Priyanka Chopra to play the role of Aarfa Ali Khan in the sports drama. But the actress refused to do the film. The role later went to Anushka Sharma. 

The film '2 States' is an adaptation of the novel written by Chetan Bhagat. Directed by Abhishek Verman, initially the lead roles in the movie offered to Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra. But the actress expressed that she will not to be part of the movie. Because, that time she was busy with two big star movies like  Barfee and Krrish 2.

Priyanka Chopra was offered the female lead role in the movie 'Happy New Year', but she had to decline the offer owing to busy schedules. The film saw Deepika Padukone into her shoes, and we loved the on-screen chemistry between Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in the movie.
