RRR To Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2: 5 Hit Bollywood Movies Rejected By Shraddha Kapoor

Shraddha Kapoor was reportedly in talks for the female lead in S.S. Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR, opposite Ram Charan. However, due to date clashes or other commitments, she opted out of the project. The role eventually went to Alia Bhatt, and the film became a historic success, earning global recognition and breaking box office records across multiple languages.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2: Shraddha Kapoor was reportedly offered the lead role opposite Kartik Aaryan but turned it down, possibly due to back-to-back horror-comedy concerns. The part later went to Kiara Advani. The film became a major box office hit, praised for its entertainment and star performances.

Saina: Shraddha Kapoor was initially cast to play badminton star Saina Nehwal in the biopic Saina but opted out due to health issues. The role was later taken over by Parineeti Chopra. The film, directed by Amole Gupte, released on 26 March 2021 and traces Saina's inspiring journey to becoming World No. 1.

Thugs of Hindostan was a major Yash Raj Films epic released during Diwali 2018, starring Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan. Aamir recently revealed that the lead female role—later played by Fatima Sana Shaikh—was offered to several top actresses, including Shraddha Kapoor, who turned it down.
