Sanjay Leela Bhansali is a renowned director and producer in Bollywood industry and also best known for his best classic movies like Devdas, Black, Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat and Gangubai Kathiawadi. He is one of the favourite directors for many movie goers who loves to watch realistic and classic movies. After making many epic movies, he made his directorial debut in Television industry. Titled as Heeramandi, is a complete historical drama which will start streaming on Netflix on at the end of the first quarter of this year.
After writing screenplay for television serials, Anurag Kashyap got his major break as an assistant screenplay writer in Ram Gopal Varma's crime-thriller drama 'Satya'. The film was a hit and Anurag got an award for the best screenplay. He is best known for his crime -thriller dramas like Gangs of Wasseypur', 'Udaan', 'Gulaal', and 'No Smoking'. Apart from making films on silver screen, he made his directorial debut in Tv industry in 2019 with 'Sacred Games'. He directed the film along with Vikramaditya Motwane. The show featured Saif Ali Khan, Pankaj Tripathi and Nawazuddin Siddiqui along with several others.
Director duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK have become popular among audiences with their distinctive story telling ideas. They are best known for their films like Go Goa Gone, Shor In The City, 99 and Flavours. Apart from making films on big-screen ,they grabbed audiences attention with their popular Tv series like Farzi and The Family Man.
As an Indian film maker Hansal Mehta is best known for his films like Dil Pe Mat Le Yaa, Yeh Kya Ho Raha Hai? and Woodstock Villa. Before stepped into showbiz he worked in Television industry. For his excellent film making, he won National Film Award for his film 'Shahid'. Released in 2020, 'Scam 1992' emerged as one of the top-rated web series in India. Directed by Hansal Mehta, the film depicts the real-life of stockbroker Harshad Mehta.
Zoay Akhtar, is famous for her award winning drama Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. She is a daring and dynamic director who is redefining cinema in her own right. Her films are best-ever coming-age dramas in Bollywood. In 2019, she made her directorial debut in Television industry with Made In Heaven. Like a pure romantic drama, it was recieved mixed response from audiences and critics.
