Thunivu OTT Release Date: Here's When And Where To Watch Ajith's Action Movie

Directed by H Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor, the film is made on a huge budget of Rs 140 Crore. The budget of the film was spent up to ₹70 crore in production cost and the cost of printing and advertising of the film has been around ₹70 crore.

Released in last  year,  Ajith Kumar's starrer film Valimai did a good collection at the box office. It was made on a budget of Rs 150 crores, the film made Rs 36.17 on its opening day at the box office, and made a total record of Rs 200 Crores in the box office collection.

 The film which depicts the story of a robber and his team who form a master plan to commit bank heists across Chennai. It will surprise the audineces and makes them feel like they are watching the real-life event unfold. 'Thala's punch punch-packed dialogues with stylish action sequences will impress his fans acoss the world.

Touted to be an action-heist drama, 'Thunivu' which marks  'Thala' Ajith's return to the showbiz, after one year. And it also marks the third collaboration of Vinoth, Ajith and Boney Kapoor after two-block-buster hit movies Nerkonda Parvai and Valimai. This is one of the most anticipated movies of the year, which surprised the cinephiles around the world with stellar-cast performances. Apart from that, it also marks the clash of two big stars of Kollywood films 'Thala' and 'Thalapathy' after years. After the stunning opening, the production officially announced that the film would start streaming on Netflix starting on February 8, 2023, inciting the AK fans to celebrate their idol at their residence.

Directed by H .Vinod the film 'Thunivu'  was produced by BoneyKapoor. Starring Ajith Kumar and Manju Warrier in the lead role. Billed as an action-entertainer, Ajith Kumar plays an anti-action hero in the film after much-celebrated 'Mankatha'.The film also features Malayalam actress Manju Warrier's second Tamil debut after the Dhanush led-Asuran. Apart from this, several actors includes Samuthirakani, John Kokken, Ajay, GM Sundar, Veera, Prem, and Bhagavathi Reddy are also part of cast.

Thunivu hits theatres on January 11th, and is set to have a major box-office clash with Vijay's Varisu . Directed by H.Vinod,  D.Imman composed music for 'Thunivu'. The first single ' Chilla Chilla'  is a hit with  the audience and has garnered more than 10 million views already. Second single'  titled Kasethan Kadavulada,  is trending now.

Released on January 31, 2023, the trailer for Thunivu crossed the 50 million mark in four days. It was the celebrated moment of Thala's fans and followers across the country.
