    Top Telugu Movie Hits in 2022

    As the year 2022 began, there were many releases in the Telugu industry, but only a few of them became blockbusters and performed well at the box office. We have listed the blockbuster Telugu movies that achieved breakeven business in 2022.
    1. Bangarraju - Hit

    Bangarraju stars Naga Chaitanya and Nagajuna and was made for a budget of Rs 38.15 Crore. It collected worldwide Rs 39.15 Crore.

    2. DJ Tillu - Double Blockbuster

    Siddhu Jonnalagadda's DJ Tillu was made with a budget of Rs 8.95 Crore and it collected worldwide 17.25 Crore.

    3. RRR - Roudram Ranam Rudhiram - Double Blockbusters

    Ace director SS Rajamouli's RRR movie was made with a budget of Rs 451 Crore and it collected worldwide Rs 608.67 Crore due to the star value of NTR and Ramacharan.

    4. KGF Chapter 2 - Super Hit

    KGF Chapter 1 was a blockbuster success in Telugu states, so the makers released KGF Chapter 2 in record numbers of theaters, and the Telugu version collected worldwide Rs 84.06 Crore.

    5. DON - Hit

    Sivakarthikeyan's DON Telugu version rights were sold for Rs 1.5 Crore, and the movie collected worldwide Rs 2.18 Crore.

    6. Major - Blockbuster

    Adivi Sesh's Major, a biography of late NSG Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, was made on a budget of Rs 18 Crore and collected worldwide Rs 32.57 Crore.

    7. Vikram - Double Blockbusters
    Kamal Haasan's Vikram Telugu version rights were sold for Rs 7 Crore, and it collected worldwide Rs 16.75 Crore and is still running in theaters.
