surpass
Rs

the
first
day,
the
film
became
the
third
highest
opener
of
2014
after
Jai
Ho
and
Gunday.
Having
garnered
a
positive
response
from
both
film
critics
and
audience,
2
States
was
expected
to
show
a
big
jump
in
its
numbers
on
Saturday,
but
it
could
not.
However,
it
witnessed
growth
on
Sunday,
but
was
not
upto
the
mark.
The

describe
its
domestic
business
'excellent'.
Made
with
a
whopping
budget
of
Rs
45
crores,
2
States
has
successfully
recovered
80%
of
its
production
cost
in
just
three
days.
Arjun

in
the
first
weekend.
His
new

to
break

but
it
has
failed
to
do
so.
