Aamir Khan, though, is Sajid's take-off on the Ghajini actor. Says a source involved with the awards, "Sajid has planned to bring a dwarf (bald and with a scar on his forehead) on stage. Then he will ask him to remove his shirt, which will expose various tattoos.
The one on his chest will read, 'I don't attend awards' while on his back will be tattooed ¦except the Oscars.' It's a hilarious take-off on not just Aamir Khan's height but his condescending and hypocritical attitude towards our film awards. Aamir's always pulling some Indian awards down while running off to woo the Oscars for his home productions."
Sajid and his team have been strictly advised not to talk about it till the ceremonies end as it might ruffle some feathers, including Aamir's. Last year, Sajid wore a towel on stage and spoofed Ranbir Kapoor, this year he will wear yellow trunks a la John Abraham in Dostana. A source close to Sajid Khan says, "The bit about the spoof is true but the bit about the dwarf isn't. The idea to have a dwarf was just a joke. "
There are also take-offs also on Farah's close friend Karan Johar's Dostana. Sajid and Shreyas will do a take-off on John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan's romantic interlude in the film. Talpade and Khan will also do a bitchy take-off on Fashion where the director will act as Kangana Ranaut and Shreyas will 'play' Priyanka Chopra. Both will walk the ramp and there will even be a wardrobe malfunction like Kangana's.
Though the Screen Awards have been scripted by Kiron Kotriyal, Farah and Sajid made 90 per cent contributions to it. Sajid Khan was unavailable for comment.
