Shahrukh and Karan engaged in a battle

Shahrukh Khan and Karan Johar are two of the best buddies in Bollywood. The two stars have time and again been on the same boat when it comes to winning awards. This time however both the stars are however pitted against each other in The Global Indian TV Honors. Both Shahrukh and Karan have been nominated for the best anchor award for Kaun Banega Crorepati 3 and Koffee with Karan respectively.

Other nominees include Hussain and Mini Mathur for Indian Idol 3 Ravi Behl and Naaved Jaffrey for Boogie Woogie. Interestingly Kaun Banega Crorepati 3 marked Shahrukh's reentry into the small screen after gap of 15 years. It will be interesting whether SRK can beat his favourite director for the crown or Karna steals the show from under Shahrukh's news.
