Just
days
ahead
of
its
release
Shahrukh
Khan's
Billu
Barber
has
run
into
a
controversy.
The
Salon
and
Beauty
Parlour
associations
are
up
in
arms
against
the
movie's
title
which
uses
the
word
'barber'
which
they
say
is
objectionable.
Red
Chillies
Entertainment
Ltd
had
in
fact
tied
up
with
about
500
barbers
across
Mumbai
to
promote
the
movie
and
displayed
the
movie
posters
in
their
shops.
In
a
last
minute
attempt
to
appease
the
barbers
Shahrukh
has
decided
to
drop
the
word
'barber'
from
the
title
in
the
pre-release
promotional
campaigns.
The
actor
said
it
was
too
late
to
change
title
of
the
movie
but
he
doesn't
want
to
hurt
the
sentiments
of
the
barbers.
The
movie
hits
the
theatres
on
February
13
and
stars
Irrfan
Khan
and
Lara
Dutta
in
the
lead.
