Kung Fu Panda 3 has made it big in the Indian Box Office. The third installment of the hit franchise has been doing extremely well in the Indian market. The movie, which was released on April 1st has collected a tall Rs.32 Crores since it first hit the theatres.
This movie has been India's highest grossing animated film till date. "The film has recorded a whopping box office figure of Rs.32 crore in India so far. The film is unanimously cherished by not only kids but also by adults, making it one of the biggest family entertainers. It's also the highest grosser of all times, making Po one of the most loved characters in India," read a statement from Fox Star Studios.
The movie features the voices of Jack Black for Po, Angelina Jolie for Tigress, Bryan Cranston for Li, Dustin Hoffman for Master Shifu, Jackie Chan for Monkey, Lucy Liu for Viper and Seth Rogen for Mantis. The movie is co-directed by Jennifer Yuh and Alessandro Carloni. The film has been a hit amongst the kids and adults alike.
Now that the fourth installment of the "Kung Fu Panda" franchise is confirmed, we shall wait and see if the new installment will top this record.
