The progress of the story is very slow. The first half is tolerable but the second half is not engaging, as it is very predictable. Having said that the story might be liked by family audience and couples.
Everything about the film had a tinge of aroyaltya about it. Not because it dealt with the love story of a princess, but because every news about the film, including its stills, did ooze class. There was never a doubt that the film would be visually appealing, what with one of the best-looking actors in Sandalwood, Prem, being paired with Shriya Saran, her first Kannada film. The film is an eye candy, no doubt. Every frame is colourful and even the nook and corners have some detail that cannot be missed.
