Many
have
thought
that
Vijayakanth
hasn't
has
an
offer
in
Tamil
due
his
fading
market.
But
the
Captain
of
Kollywood
reveals
that
he
has
not
accepted
films
due
to
his
hectic
political
schedule.
He
met
the
media
persons
yesterday
after
the
launch
of
the
audio
of
his
new
film
Arasangam,
his
150th
film,
at
Hotel
Vijay
Park
in
Chennai
on
Friday
(Mar
28)
in
the
presence
of
his
political
party
DMDK
members
and
film
personalities
close
to
him.
Vijayakanth
says,
"I
never
consider
the
money
I
am
receiving
for
my
role
in
a
film
before
accepting
a
film.
Time
and
convenient
are
the
two
important
factors
that
I
have
always
considered.
Arasangam
is
a
film
in
a
different
genre.
It
will
definitely
become
a
mass
entertainment
hit
with
a
relevant
message
to
all
the
segments
of
audience
.
The
reason
for
the
title
is
nothing
political
since
the
film
deals
with
the
police,
one
of
the
most
important
wings
of
the
Government."
A
one-minute
trailer
of
the
movie
was
screened
at
the
launch.
Vijayakanth's
fans
and
party
men
are
supposed
to
buy
one
lakh
audio
copies
of
the
film
at
the
launch
of
the
movie.
The
music
of
the
film
is
by
Srikanth
Deva
and
the
film
is
expected
to
release
on
April
14th.
