The
project
was
started
with
tremendous
anticipation.
After
having
considered
many
names
for
the
lead
role,
director
Bala
zeroed
in
on
Arya.
The
project
did
start
off
but
then
many
unfortunate
issues
plagued
the
film.
After
302
days
of
production
the
filmmakers
have
finally
announced
that
the
shooting
of
the
film
is
over.
The
final
day
of
shooting
was
termed
as
the
'patch-up'
shoot
and
took
place
recently
in
the
AVM
Studios
in
Chennai.
Produced
by
Pyramid
Saimira,
the
film
was
sold
out
at
a
big
amount
to
Zee
network.
But
when
the
producer
was
struggling
to
settle
down
some
issues
with
the
distributors
and
exhibitors,
Sun
network
came
forward
to
their
help.
According
to
the
sources,
Naan
Kadavul
is
going
to
hit
the
screens
worldwide
on
the
day
of
Tamil
New
Year
(Thai
1,
i.e.
Jan
14,
Pongal
day).
