Sona
Heiden,
who
had
reportedly
agreed
for
a
written
apology
to
public
apology
with
SPB
Charan,
seems
to
have
not
received
the
same
from
the
latter.
Hence,
she
has
decided
to
take
her
protest
to
the
next
level
by
staging
a
dharna
outside
SPB
Charan's
residence.
Reports
say
that
Sona
Heiden
had
demanded
an
open
apology
and
gave
10
days
deadline
on
the
day
she
went
public
claiming
that
SPB
Charan
sexually
harassed
her.
She
also
lodged
a
complaint
against
him.
Later,
their
common
friends
intervened
to
find
a
solution
to
the
issue
and
decided
that
the
producer-singer
should
tender
the
apology
in
written
rather
than
in
public.
However,
her
10
day
ultimatum
has
reportedly
been
ignored
by
SPB
Charan,
as
he
has
not
given
the
apology.
So,
Sona
Heiden
has
decided
to
stage
the
dharana
with
the
support
of
women"s
organisation,
Jhansi
Rani
Women
And
Children
Activists"
Association.
The
actress
has
confirmed
that
she
is
picketing
from
today
not
only
in
front
of
his
house
but
also
outside
the
office
of
a
popular
vernacular
for
writing
a
derogatory
article
against
her.
Meanwhile,
SPB
Charan
has
been
granted
interim
anticipatory
bail
from
the
Madras
High
Court
in
the
sexual
assault
case
filed
by
actress
Sona
Heiden.
The
producer
apprehended
the
arrest
after
the
item
girl
lodged
a
complaint
under
Tamil
Nadu
Prohibition
of
Harassment
of
Women
Act
and
IPC
section
354
(assault
or
criminal
force
to
woman
with
intent
to
outrage
her
modesty).
