Vikram turns gym instructor for Rajapattai

Vikram, who is busy with the promotional activities of his recently released film Deiva Thirumagal, is putting the success behind him and has decided to move on for his next project. The actor has now started working on his Rajapattai. Like his earlier movies, the Raavanan star's character will be different, as he is turning a gym instructor in the forthcoming Tamil film.

The excited actor confirms that he is portraying the role of a gym instructor, who is closely associated with film industry in Rajapattai. He has toned his body to fit the character in the film and hints that the movie has many surprised, which he refused to reveal at this point of time. Vikram further adds that the moment he heard the script, he gave green signal for the project. It is because of Susindran's narrative style, which made the actor to approve without a second thought.

Chiyaan assures that from now on, the actor would not take big breaks and promised to deliver the movies in regular intervals. As a result, he has signed as many as four films, which includes Rajapattai, period film Karikalan, and remaining films with AL Vijay and Dharani.

However, Rajapattai was in the news last month after Singanamala Ramesh, father of the producers of the film, was arrested at Chennai Airport on charges of threatening to kill a film financier. There were reports that the movie would be stopped but the makers of the film later clarified that it would not affect the upcoming Tamil film.
