Vikram Prabhu seems to have
delivered yet another hit. If the collections of his latest release
Ivan Vera Mathiri has anything
to go by, he has a winner in hand. The Tamil movie, which was
opened up to positive reviews by critics, has got a good opening at
the Kollywood Box Office.
According to trade reports, Ivan Vera Mathiri has
collected close to Rs 7 crores at the Tamil Box Office. The
occupancy over the weekend has been very good even though it is a
budding actors' film. On an average, the film has got 70% occupancy
for the film throughout the state.
The occupancy for Ivan Vera Mathiri in Chennai city
comes close to 75 percent on the release day. It saw a marginal dip
the following day, but picked up well on Sunday (December 15). The
reports emerging from Malaysia, Singapore and other countries say
that the movie has done well at international circuit too.
The highlights of Ivan Vera Mathiri are: Vikram
Prabhu's performance, Surabhi's cute looks, Vamshi Krishna's acting
and M Saravanan's decent screenplay. However, the movie is expected
to be affected by this week's releases like: Karthi's Biriyani,
Endrendrum Punnagai and
Aamir Khan's Hindi movie
