Despite attracting mixed reviews from fans and critics alike, Vikram's 10 Endrathukulla (10 Enradhukulla) has fared well at the box office across India, on its first day ( Wednesday). Thanks to Vikram's popularity and good pre-release buzz, 6.5 Crores is what the movie has collected on day 1.
From Tamil Nadu alone, the road film has managed to amass a whopping 5 Crore rupees (approx) which is said to be Vikram's second highest opening after 'I', by the end of the first day.
According to trade experts, 10 Endrathukulla is expected to maintain its good run throughout the weekend which augurs well for the film directed by Vijay Milton.
When it comes to Vijay Sethupathi's Naanum Rowdydhaan, the film is said to have grossed an impressive 2.16 Crore rupees from Tamil Nadu alone, by the end of its first day.
This is the first time a Vijay Sethupathi starrer has grossed more than 2 Crores and by the end of its first weekend, the comic caper might hand the talented actor his biggest opening ever.
