Hansika Motwani Opens About Convincing Her Mom About Marrying Sohael, Says 'Have Not Said Yes To Him Before..'

On the occasion of the International Mother's Day, actress Hansika Motwani took out time to talk to a news channel about her relationship with her mother, Mona Motwani. From her childhood to the days after getting married, Hansika opened up about so many issues including her hormonal injections and marrying an already divorced man.

Talking to Bollywood Bubble's Super Mom, Hansika Motwani said about her mother Mona Motwani.

Speaking about her initial days of an acting career, Mona Motwani said, "There were some of our friends who looked at my daughter and asked her to be part of the serial Shaka Laka Boom Boom. They convinced me to let her work for two days and then they will kill her character." Hansika added, "At first, it was okay and exciting for me. Instead of 15 days, it went on for 2 years then. That was my beginning point. I was then eight years old."

Clarifying how she took people's comments about her missing her childhood and earning from a young age, Hansika said, "When I was in my 30, I will have my own house, own car. Of course, I struggled during my initial days, and today all of that led me to where I'm today. Everything was smooth in my life just because of her."

Talking about her marrying her husband Sohael Katuria, who had been already married, when the host asked, How did you convince your mother about your marriage, and how did you say yes?

Hansika replied, "I never said yes to him without my mother saying yes to him. He was known to my family since he and I were friends before. My mother and brother liked Sohael very much. When he proposed marriage, it was natural."

In the same interview, Mona Motwani spoke at length about her divorce from her husband, her struggle to bring up two kids emotionally, physically, and financially, etc.
