Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara, November 27th Episode Written Update: Adi consoles crying Pankhuri. Sheela walks in and tells the couple that Rubal has said that he would not marry anyone. He says that he does not want to begin his life by upsetting anyone.

Goverdhan tries to convince Payal to move on in her life as Rohit has backed out at her need of the hour. She says that she still wonders why did he do so and everyone try to make her understand.
Adi asks Rubal that his this decision would hurt everyone so he should marry Pankhuri's cousin, Payal.

Payal, Pankhuri's cousin says that she would not stay happy with Rubal but Kamini makes her understand that Rubal would be the best man for her. Sheela and Pankhuri walk up to the family and Sheela asks them for Pankhuri's hand. Pankhuri apologises for all the confusion and a smile revives on everybody's face.

Adi's Mami says that Rubal should get married to the girl whom she likes. Adi calls Avantika to tell her that Sheela has asked for Pankhuri's cousin, Payal's hand for Rubal and they are about to begin with the Roka ceremony. She says that they should proceed with the ceremony.

Rohit flees from the place where he was tied down by Goverdhan's men. His guard calls up Goverdhan to give the information. Latika comes to know about Rohit's kidnapping by Goverdhan by her planted spy.

Payal and Rubal take the blessings from all. Avantika calls Adi and tells him that his cousin has fainted due to low blood pressure. Adi and Pankhuri leave to meet her without telling anyone about Payal's condition.

The doctor asks Preeti to take care of her health. She tells that they should start looking out for a kidney donor as kidney transplant is her only hope.

Avantika consoles her sister and tells her not to worry. Pankhuri apologises from Payal. Payal's mother takes charge and says that she would not let anyone interfere in her daughter's life. Adi and Pankhuri ask Payal to stay strong to support her mother. Adi sees Pankhuri crying again and he tries to lighten her mood.

The doctor suggests Preeti to find a kidney donor in her family but she denies to tell her condition to anyone.

Rubal asks if Payal is fine when Adi and Pankhuri come back home. Goverdhan leaves along with his family. Adi says sorry to Payal (Pankhuri's cousin) as well. Rubal bids goodbye to Payal. He feels very apologetic but Adi cheers him up and takes her picture on his mobile with Kiara.

Adi, Kiara and Payal go for a long drive and Sheela asks to buy a Sherwani for Rubal. She suggests Pankhuri to fix Rubal's marriage as soon as possible.
