Saindhav Premise
Saindhav Koneru, also known as "SaiKO," has a mysterious history but currently enjoys a peaceful family life with his daughter Gayathri and caretaker Manogya. However, everything changes dramatically when Gayathri is diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy, necessitating a ₹17 crore Zolgensma injection. To fund Gayathri's operation, SaiKO reluctantly returns to a life of crime, initiating a fierce conflict against former adversaries, notably the merciless gangster Vikas Malik.
