Starring Aamir Khan in the lead, Sitaare Zameen Par marks his grand return to the big screens almost 3 years after the box office disaster 'Laal Singh Chaddha'. Produced by Mr. Perfectionist, Sitaare Zameen Par, an emotional and heartwarming sequel to Aamir's 2007 film 'Taare Zameen Par', is the Hindi remake of the 2018 Spanish film 'Campeones'.

Amidst strong pre-release buzz, Sitaare Zameen Par opened to positive reviews from fans and critics alike. Co-starring Genelia Deshmukh and a bunch of neurodivergent adults, the film had its grand theatrical release on Friday (June 20, 2025).

As per Sacnilk, the Aamir Khan-starrer kick-started its theatrical journey with an opening day collection of Rs 10.7 cr. Due to positive reviews, the movie witnessed an 88.79% hike on Saturday. With a collection of Rs 20.2 cr on Saturday, the movie netted Rs 30.9 cr (approx.) in 2 days.

As of now, the total net numbers stand at Rs 52.52 cr (approx.).
