Farzi Story

Farzi is a Hindi crime thriller movie directed by Krishna DK and Raj Nidimoru. Together with Suman Kumar and Sita Menon, Raj and DK wrote the story and screenplay for the movie. The dialogue for the movie was written by Raghav Dutt and Hussain Dalal. The movie stars Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles, along with Raashi Khanna, Regina Cassandra, Kay Kay Menon, Kubbra Sait, and many others who have been seen in supporting roles.

The film's editing was carried out by Sumeet Kotian, and Pankaj Kumar handled the cinematography. Tanishk Bagchi, Sachin Jigar, and Ketan Sodha composed the background music and soundtracks for this movie. The film is produced by Krishna DK and Sunil A Lulla under the banner of D2R Films.The movie is an original web series that will air on Amazon Prime Video.

Plot

Sunny, a sketch artist played by Shahid Kapoor, loses everything financially and is powerless to save his grandfather's Kranti newspaper press. Therefore, he and his friend decided to use their special, divinely gifted talent in the wrong direction and began creating fake currency. They discovered the link to disseminate the cash, and then the fake cash started overwheeling in the city. Michael's character, Vijay Sethupathi, a law enforcement officer, is on a quest to eradicate all false corruption in the city. He is trying to identify the distributor's primary source. The remaining plot of the series revolves around whether or not he demolished, as well as how he destroyed.

Release Date

On February 10, 2023, the Farzi series was released for direct streaming on Amazon Prime.
