Hijack Story

Vikram is a ground maintenance officer at the Chandigarh airport. The flight on which Vikram's daughter is travelling, is hijacked. A terrorist group takes over the plane and demand that Maqsood, who had been captured by the police, be released in exchange for the safe release of the hostages. The flight is forced to land at Chandigarh. With the help of an airhostess Saira, Vikram manages to sneak into the aircraft. Will he be able to save his daughter and the other hostages?

Of late, debut-making directors are coming up with stories that defy the stereotype. Kunal Shivdasani is one of those. In his very first outing, he chooses a story not many debutantes -- even established names, for that matter -- would dare to tell: Hijack. Sure, Yeh Dil Aashiqana [Kuku Kohli] and Zameen [Rohit Shetty] have traversed the path before, but Hijack is more realistic, more believable.
