Plot 

Jeena Dil Se is a youth-centric musical romantic comedy that follows a close-knit group of friends as they navigate love, memories, and unexpected twists during and after a trip to Bangkok. Told through flashbacks, the trip becomes a defining moment that reshapes their relationships, turning friendship into a family-like bond. However, things take an emotional turn when a mysterious figure named Prachi reappears in their travel footage, sparking confusion and a search for answers. What begins as a lighthearted journey soon shifts into a more intense narrative, as unresolved romances and unexpected local dangers put their relationships to the test.
