Laapataa Ladies Story

Laapataa Ladies is a comedy-drama directed by Kiran Rao, while the story and screenplay were penned by Biplap Goswami and Sneha Desai. Additional dialogue for this film was written by Divyanidhi Sharma. The movie stars Ravi Kishan and Pratibha Ranta in the lead roles, along with Nitanshi Goel, Sparsh Srivastav, Kanupriya Rishimum, and many others in supporting roles.

Plot

Laapataa Ladies tells the tale of two young husbands who miss their wives while traveling on the same train, much like a comedy-drama. They have the only photo of the bride with her face covered, and when they tried to complain about the three-day wife, the entire police department was shocked by the evidence. The remaining part of this movie was how both men rescued their wives and how the cops became helpless. This had a strong comedy sense and was set in the year 2000.
