Saif Ali Khan-Kareena Khan Buys A Whooping Rs. 48 Crore Apartment Duplex

Saif Ali Khan, the Nawab of Pataudi is making sure that he lives like a king! Saif along with wife Kareena Kapoor Khan has bought four floors of a massive building in Bandra, Mumbai, amounting to Rs. 48 crore. The building is opposite his current residence, Fortune Heights. If all goes well, the couple will be moving in to their mansion next year.

We are all aware of star power and very well know how much these Bollywood celebs charge for each of their movie. Thus, it is no surprise when they invest crores of money in buying houses and bungalows. However, when we heard that Saif Ali Khan and wife Kareena Kapoor will soon be shifting to a four-floor apartment duplex, it left our mouths wide open!

Each floor has 3 BHK apartment of 3,000 sq feet each, which means that the cost of each flat is approx Rs.12 crore! In total, as said earlier, The 'Saifeena' pair will be shelling out a whooping Rs. 48 crore!

As per a source, Saif wants a terrace-garden on one floor and a swimming pool on another with gym in the other. Phew! What's more, the nawab also plans for a library to keep his books.

Their new abode will be designed by architect and interior designer Nozer Wadia, who has done the interiors for stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Arjun Rampal and Gautam Singhania.

Well, all said and done...there is no denying that Saif and Kareena have worked very hard and deserve to live like a king and queen!
