Hema Malini during an interview with News18, opened up on her daughter’s bond with Sunny and Bobby Deol. She said “I am feeling very happy, I do not feel it is something new because it is very normal. Many times they keep coming home and all but we do not publish it anywhere, we are not the type to take pictures and immediately put it up on Instagram. We are not that kind of a family. We are all very much together, always together. Any problem we are always together with each other. So, the press got it and it is nice, they are happy about it, and I am also happy.”

Shah Rukh Khan on Friday unveiled his various looks from the upcoming action-thriller Jawan. On Instagram, Shah Rukh’s five different looks from Jawan were revealed with the movie’s bgm. From his bald look to his intense villainous look, the poster has raised the excitement manifold. The superstar captioned the post, "Yeh to shuruaat hai…. The Many Faces of Justice. yeh teer hain…. abhi dhaal baaki hai.….. yeh anth hai abhi kaal baaki hai. Yeh poochta hai khud se kuch... abhi Jawaab baaki hai. (There's a purpose behind every Face. It is scheduled to hit theatres on September 7.

Salman Khan’s latest action family drama, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, that was released on April 21, made moderate business at the box office by just collecting over Rs 100 crore. The film has now released in Bangladesh on August 25. This is huge as it marks Zee Studio’s first-produced film to release in Bangladesh and the second Indian movie to grace the theatre after Pathaan. Salman Khan took to Instagram to share this update with his fans and said, "#KisiKaBhaiKisiKiJaan releasing today in Bangladesh. Get ready for a full dose of action, fun and entertainment!"

Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel's Gadar 2 has taken the country by storm, breaking several records at the box office. The film featured two songs from its original - Main Nikla Gaddi Leke and Udd Jaa Kaale Kaava. And now the original composer of the song, Uttam Singh, has slammed the makers of Gadar 2 for reusing his songs without informing him. During an interview with Amar Ujala, the composer said, "I was not informed about Gadar 2 and it is not in my nature to call someone for work…They have used two of my songs in the film and I have also heard that they have used the background music that I composed. They should at least have the etiquette to ask me once and talk to me before using my songs in the film."

Hollywood actor Vin Diesel on Friday dropped a throwback photo in which he is posing with his xXx: Return of Xander Cage co-star Deepika Padukone inside a colourfully decorated auto rickshaw. The image is from the actor’s 2017 trip to India to promote their Hollywood action film. For the uninitiated, the film marked Deepika’s debut in Hollywood. Sharing the photo on Instagram, he wrote, "So grateful and blessed, to have traveled to so many wonderful countries, like India… and to experience their beautiful cultures… a lucky kid from New York. Haha. All love, Always."

Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri’s 2022 film The Kashmir Files, which was based on the plight of Kashmiri Hindus mass exodus and killing, has won the National Award for Best Feature Film on National Integration. Reacting to the news, Hindustan Times quoted him, saying, "It was very early in the morning when my phone started buzzing, and that’s how I got to know about it. I had no clue. I’m very happy, especially for the Kashmiri Hindu community, because the film was their voice of pain and struggle. I was just the medium. We just made our film honestly and presented it in front of the world. I am very happy that it has got validation now." He also spoke about his wife Pallavi Joshi, who bagged a National Award for The Kashmir Files in the Best Supporting Actress category, and said, "Getting the most prestigious recognition will definitely encourage many other filmmakers to make films on such real subjects."

Actress Kareena Kapoor is all set to make her digital debut with Sujoy Gosh’s Jaane Jaan. The film also has Jagdeep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma in key roles. The film is a live-action adaptation of a novel by Keigo Higashino named 'Devotion of Suspect X’. The film’s teaser was dropped today and showed us the dark world we are about to witness. Sharing the teaser, Netflix wrote, "Jaane Jaan is coming ✨ on our very own Jaane Jaan’s birthday @kareenakapoorkhan." The film will release on the occasion of Kareena’s birthday, which falls on September 21, only on Netflix.

Reacting to Alia Bhatt’s receiving her first best actress award for Gangubai Kathiawadi at the 69th National Film Awards 2023, her parents Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan expressed how proud they are of her achievement. Talking to Pinkvilla, filmmaker Mahesh said, "Overflowing with pride and joy as I watch my child win the national award for Best Actress for Gangubai. Her dedication and talent have made this dream a reality, and our entire family’s hearts couldn’t be happier." Akshay Kumar, Yami Gautam, and Pankaj Tripathi starrer OMG 2, which started off on a decent note at the box office on August 11, is now eyeing the Rs 130 crore mark. The film has been witnessing a decline in its numbers for the past few days. On day 14, August 24, the film managed to rake in Rs 2.85 crore at the domestic market, which is its lowest collection yet. Therefore, its total box office collection now stands at Rs 126.58 crore.

A special screening of Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday Dream Girl 2 was held yesterday night, August 24, in Mumbai. Ananya’s rumoured boyfriend, actor Aditya Roy Kapur, was also seen at the event wearing comfortable, casual, and stylish outfits. The viral video shows Aditya entering the hall in black trousers, which he paired with a white tee and denim shirt. Meanwhile, in the same video, Ananya was seen making an entry later in a denim outfit. Both coming together for the screening has sparked their dating rumours.
