Amidst ongoing rumors of a potential separation, the celebrity couple Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan made a joint appearance at the Dhirubhai Ambani International School Annual Day event in Mumbai today (December 15). Numerous pictures and videos capturing the couple's presence at the event have surfaced on various social media platforms. For the occasion, Aishwarya Rai arrived in a car accompanied by her mother, Brindya Rai, while Abhishek Bachchan arrived with his father, actor Amitabh Bachchan, and nephew Agastya Nanda. Upon stepping out of her car, Aishwarya greeted someone with a wave and a smile. Subsequently, Abhishek, Agastya, and Amitabh joined her.

Vaishnavi Dhanraj, renowned for her roles in television series like Beyhadh, Bepannaah, CID, and Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal, appears to be facing a challenging period in her personal life currently. In a video currently doing the rounds on social media, the actress appears distressed as she shares her ordeal of facing physical violence. According to her close friend K Himaanshu Shuklaa on Twitter, she was reportedly held hostage by her family. He also posted a video in which the actress is seen pleading for help. In the video, Vaishnavi informed viewers that she was at the Kashimira (Mira Road) police station, stating, "Hi, this is Vaishnavi Dhanraj. I really need help right now. I'm in Kashimira police station and I've been abused by my family and I'm hit very badly. Please I need help from everybody from the media, news channels, and everybody in the industry. Please come and help me."

The film Animal, featuring Ranbir Kapoor, has emerged as one of the year's major blockbusters, dominating headlines since its release. Sunny Deol, the brother of Bobby Deol, who stars in the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial, recently shared his thoughts on the film. While speaking to the news agency PTI, the Gadar 2 actor expressed his happiness for his brother Bobby, acknowledging his performance in Animal. Despite praising the film, Sunny also admitted to having reservations about "certain things" in it. “I am genuinely happy for Bobby. I have watched ‘Animal,’ and I liked it, it’s a nice film. There are certain things that I did not like, which I don’t like in many films including my own films. But that’s as a person I have the right to like or not like but in totality it is a nice film. The music is very good and it goes hand in glove with the sequences. Bobby has always been Bobby, but now he is Lord Bobby,” Sunny Deol said.

Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson, Agastya Nanda, who made his acting debut in the Netflix film The Archies, has signed his second film with Sriram Raghavan’s Ekkis. The film will mark his big-screen debut. Produced by Dinesh Vijan, Ekkis is the biopic of 1971 war hero Arun Khetarpal and will also star Dharmendra. As per reports, shooting for Ekkis will begin in January 2024. A source close to the film’s development told Pinkvilla, “2023 was an eventful year for Agastya Nanda as not just did he make his acting debut with The Archies, but also signed on for a Sriram Raghavan film. Agastya has attended several acting workshops with the Sriram and specially trained acting coaches to polish his body language and step into the shoes of India’s most celebrated war hero, Arun Khetarpal.”

Telugu actors Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi got married on November 1 after dating for over seven years. Lavanya, who celebrates her 33rd birthday today, December 15, and to wish his wife Varun, dropped some unseen pictures from their wedding festivities along with a sweet note. Sharing a few photos on his Instagram handle on Friday, Varun Tej wrote, “Happy birthday baby! Thank you for being you and brightening up my world. Love you (black heart emoji) @itsmelavanya (sic).”

Disney+ Hotstar unveiled its new series "Karmma Calling" on Friday, starring actor Raveena Tandon in the lead. The show, which will debut on the streamer's platform on January 26, 2024, is based on the popular American series "Revenge," which aired from 2011 to 2015 and was produced by ABC Signature, a part of Disney Television Studios. It is adapted and directed by Ruchi Narain of "Guilty" fame. Set in the world of glitz and glamour, filled with deceit and betrayal, "Karmma Calling" will feature Tandon as Indrani Kothari, the reigning queen of the Alibaug society.

Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone's first song, Sher Khul Gaye, is out. The track is groovy and is going to be the party anthem of the coming year. The song features Hrithik Roshan and Deepika showing some incredible dance moves. Directed by Siddharth Anand, Fighter is an action-packed film that will hit theatres on January 25, 2024.

The teaser of Rohit Shetty's directed web series Indian Police Force, starring Siddharth Malhotra, Shilpa Shetty, and Vivek Oberoi, is set to release tomorrow, December 16. The seven-part series has been created by Shetty and co-directed by Sushwanth Prakash and will premiere on Amazon Prime Video. Taking to Instagram, Siddharth Malhotra dropped a poster of the show and wrote, “Force on standby, ready for action. Over and out! #IndianPoliceForceOnPrime, teaser out tomorrow on @primevideoin.”

Shreyas Talpade's wife Deepti took to her social media page on Friday morning to share a major health update after the actor's heart attack post-Welcome 3 shoot. In her note, she revealed that Shreyas is now in a stable condition and will soon be discharged from the hospital. Her official statement read, "I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming concern and well-wishes following the recent health scare my husband experienced. I'm relieved to update everyone that he is now in stable condition and will be discharged in a few days. The medical team's exceptional care and timely response have been instrumental during this time, and we are grateful for their expertise. We kindly request respect for our privacy as he continues."

Bobby Deol, who played the antagonist Abrar Haque in Animal, said that he doesn't look at his character as a villain but as someone with childhood trauma. Speaking on the second day of Agenda AajTak 2023 in New Delhi, Bobby described Abrar as a "family man" and said, "I didn't think of my character as a villain. I saw my character as a child who was traumatised when he saw his grandfather committing suicide, so he loses his voice. He swears to avenge his grandfather's death.” He then added that he considers him as a romantic as he has ‘three wives’. "He is very family oriented. He is also romantic, he has three wives. He can kill and also get killed for his family.”

Actor Deepika Padukone arrived at Tirumala on Thursday evening to offer prayers to Lord Venkateswara with her sister and professional golfer Anisha Padukone. Several videos and pictures of the actress surfaced online, wherein she can be seen arriving at Tirumala with her sister Anisha. Deepika wore a black co-ord set and kept her tied in a messy bun. She walked for two and a half hours along the Alipiri footpath to reach the temple premises and had the darshan in VIP pass today (December 15) morning. Both sisters walked barefoot on the steps.

Shah Rukh Khan visited the Shri Saibaba Samadhi Temple in Shirdi on Thursday along with his daughter, actor Suhana Khan, and manager Pooja Dadlani. The 58-year-old star's visit to the famous temple, located in Shirdi town in Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra, came two days after he paid obeisance at the Vaishno Devi shrine in Jammu. The father-daughter duo also offered prayers and performed 'aarti' at the temple. The actor is looking forward to the release of "Dunki," his third and last film of 2023, following back-to-back action blockbusters "Pathaan" and "Jawan." Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, "Dunki" will hit the screens on December 21.

Actor Shreyas Talpade suffered a heart attack on Thursday evening, following which he was rushed to the hospital, where he underwent angioplasty. The 47-year-old actor was reportedly shooting for his upcoming comedy movie Welcome 3 during the day, after which he went back home. He later complained of uneasiness and collapsed. A source told Hindustan Times, “He shot through the day, was absolutely fine and joking around with everyone on the set. He even shot sequences that had a bit of action. After finishing the shoot, he went back home and told his wife that he was feeling uneasy. She rushed him to the hospital, but he collapsed on the way.” The hospital confirmed that Shreyas was admitted late Thursday evening. An update on his health is awaited. Meanwhile, no statement has been subdued by the actor’s team yet.
