Aniruddha Sastry Biography

Aniruddha Sastry is an Indian actor and playback singer. He works predominantly in the Kannada film industry. He began his career as a playback singer, and has subsequently appeared in films, mostly in the Kannada language.

Acting

He began his acting career as child artist in various movies like Raakshasa in which he acted as Dr. Shivarajkumar's son and won the Karnataka State award for the Best Child Actor in 2005. He has also acted in many movies like Shubham, Thuthoori, Care Of Footpath, Masthi, Vamshi, Jackie, Circus, Maduve Mane, Dhool. Currently, Aniruddha is playing negative lead in Goosi Gang.

Playback Singing

Aniruddha has stated that his focus was always on music, that he chose to be a professional singer and that acting happened by chance. He has participated in many reality shows and has sung for the movies Thuthoori, Dhairyam, Kidi, Parasanga, Dandupalyam 3, Shaibya, Ambi Ning Vayassaytho and Kapata Naataka Paathradhari.
