B. Jaya is a Tollywood film director and journalist. Early Life She did her MA in English in Chennai University and also a diploma in Journalism from the same University. She completed her MA in Psychology in Annamalai University. Jaya married the popular PRO BA Raju. Career After completing her education, she started her career as a writer for the Telugu daily newspaper Andhra Jyothy. She would go on to write for the publication's Jyothi Chitra section, which covers news regarding the Telugu cinema industry. She made her debut as a director with the successful 2003 film Chantigadu. Death Director B Jaya died of heart attack on August 30, 2018, in Hyderabad.
