Karl Shiels is an Irish Tv and Theatre Star and Producer. He was popularly known for the portrayal of Arkham Thug character in Christopher Nolan Batman Begins Film. Hailing from Chapelizod in Dublin, he got his critical acclaim for his role in Fair City Tv series.
He breathed the character of shady dealer Robbie Quinn for 5 long years in Fair City. He has `Into The Badlands', `Northsiders', `Titanic: Blood And Steel' and many more series into his credit. He also co-produced Northsiders Tv series. Karl also left a remarkable memory in Irish Theatre. He won an award at Dublin Theatre Festival for his role in Comedians (1999).
At the age of 47, In 2019 Karl breathed his last leaving behind his wife Laura and family.
