Preethi studied at Krishnammal school up to 10th standard. But she discontinued her studies and started modeling. She gained support on the Tamil series Thirumanam playing the role of Anitha, and is now acting in Kavyanjali playing Anjali Sushanth opposite Nandan Loganathan.
