Sivakarthikeyan is a South Indian film actor, playback singer, and producer best known for his Tamil movies. He began his media career as a participant on Vijay TV's "Kalakka Povathu Yaaru," a comedy reality show, and he won the title "Kalakka Povathu Yaaru."

Sivakarthikeyan born on February 17, 1985, in Sivagangai, Tamil Nadu, Sivakarthikeyan's journey began with a family rooted in academics. His father, G. Dass, was a prison officer, and his mother, Raji Dass, a homemaker. He has a sister, Gowri Manohari, who is a doctor, and his wife is Aarthi (married in 2010). They has one daughter Aaradhya and son Gugan Doss.

Sivakarthikeyan completed his schooling at Campion Anglo-Indian Higher Secondary School, Trichy, and went on to pursue Computer Science Engineering at J.J. College of Engineering and Technology, Trichy. He further honed his business acumen with an MBA from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, Chennai.

From Reality TV to Silver Screen:

Sivakarthikeyan's artistic spark ignited early. He emerged victorious in the popular comedy show "Kalakka Povathu Yaaru?" in 2005, showcasing his wit and talent. This win proved to be a stepping stone into the world of cinema.

His cinematic debut came in 2012 with the film "Marina." He quickly rose to prominence with back-to-back hits like "3" (2012), "Manam Kothi Paravai" (2013), "Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga" (2014), and "Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam" (2014).

Sivakarthikeyan has established himself as a versatile actor, effortlessly switching between comedy, romance, and action roles. He has delivered critically acclaimed performances in films like "Kakki Sattai" (2015), "Rajini Murugan" (2016), "Remo" (2016), and "Doctor" (2021).

His dedication to his craft has been recognized with numerous accolades, including the Tamil Nadu State Film Award, four Edison Awards, four SIIMA Awards, and two Vijay Awards.
