Dark Phoenix is an American Superhero film written and directed by Simon Kinberg. Based on the Marvel Comic's X-men characters, this film is a sequel to the 2016 release X-men Apocalypse. The film stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence and Sophie Turner in prominent roles.
When a space mission goes wrong, Jean Grey loses her abilities and unleashes the Phoenix. Now, the rest of the X-men must face the full power of Phoenix. This film's events occur nearly around 1992 after a decade of the X-men Apocalypse episode.
