Story
Vinay (Raj B. Shetty) is an IT employee who lives comfortably within his own world. However, an unexpected incident turns his life upside down and puts his very existence at risk. He becomes the target of Rayappa’s (Upendra) wrath, triggering a relentless 45-day struggle for survival under the shadow of death.
As Vinay’s life spirals into danger, Shivappa (Shivarajkumar) steps in to support him, changing the course of events. What follows ultimately sets the stage for an intense face-off between Shivanna and Rayappa. What happens next forms the core of the film 45.
