Kuttipattalam movie is about a commando trainee named Vimal Sharma who is a strict person. So the other commandos are afraid of him.  He has six children who are studying in Sainik School. They are very naughty and create headache to the teachers resulting in their dismissal. He resigns his job when he realizes that he who has the ability to control a commando force could not control his own children. Now, leaving the army, he started looking after children.  He sent his children to a convent school at Munnar. There, they are welcomed by a gang of ten students who are creating troubles in that school. These children are under the control of Nimmi Mariam Varghese who was Vimal's college mate and lover.
