Valathottu Thirinjal Nalamathe Veedu movie story begins with Aji (Jishnu) who makes a living by buying houses, demolishing them and then selling the property for good money. He has the responsibility of his sister. And as per the promise he made to his father he needs to get his sister married at the earliest.
His next project is to evacuate the house in which Sangeetha (Bhavana) stays with her mother Prabha Varma. Initially Sangeetha stops Aji, but later on she changes her mind.
