Estate is a 2022 Tamil action thriller drama film penned and helmed by Karthik V. The movie stars Ashok Selvan, Sunaina , Remya Nambeesan, and Kalaiyarasan in the lead roles, along with Daniel Annie Pope, Kiran Konda, and many others in supporting roles. Ashok Selvan as a paranormal expert, Kalaiyarasan as a sub inspector, and Ramya Nambessan as a journalist Ashwanth Rajan Dayal handled the cinematography, and the film's editing was done by Prakash Karunanithi.
