Estate is a 2022 Tamil action thriller drama film penned and helmed by Karthik V. The movie stars Ashok Selvan, Sunaina, Remya Nambeesan, and Kalaiyarasan in the lead roles, along with Daniel Annie Pope, Kiran Konda, and many others in supporting roles. Ashok Selvan as a paranormal expert, Kalaiyarasan as a sub inspector, and Ramya Nambessan as a journalist

Ashwanth Rajan Dayal handled the cinematography, and the film's editing was done by Prakash Karunanithi. Guna Balasubramanian composed the music and scored the background score for this film. Venkatesh V produced this movie under the banner of Divine Productions.

Plotline

Like an action drama, Estate displays the storyline of a journalist and her colleagues as they take the step to delve into the allegedly spooky Covelone Estate. Their lives are in danger as a consequence of what comes next. Developing a screenplay for a horror movie may seem like one of the lower-level tasks, but creating a well-written, lighthearted thriller can be the most challenging. In Estate, director Karthik V mostly gets it right and creates an interesting theatrical experience for us.
