Plot
The story revolves around Chellaiyah, a 60-year-old devoted farmer who holds farming as a sacred responsibility and believes it to be the foundation of one's identity. He is deeply disappointed when his son Pattamuthu rejects this legacy and secretly takes up employment under a man named Linga. As Pattamuthu becomes involved in illegal money dealings, Chellaiyah is compelled to confront the crisis, risking everything to bring his son back from the path of moral compromise and reconnect him with his ancestral values.
