Rekka (aka) Reka is a Tamil action - romantic movie direction by Shiva Gnanaam of Vaa Deal fame. The movie Rekka has Vijay Sethupathi and Lakshmi Menon in the lead roles. Story The film is set against the backdrop of Madurai and Kumbakonam. Vijay Sethupathi plays the role of an advocate named Shiva, while Lakshmi Menon will be seen as a village girl, who is a love interest of Shiva(Sethupathi). The story basically revolves around an abduction, which is carried out by Sethupathi. The movie revolves around kidnap threat of a girl and rest of the story to be watched on big screen. The film touted to be an out and out commercial entertainer produced by Common Man V Ganesh who produced the critically acclaimed 'Orange Mittai' with Vijay Sethupathi. D Imman composes music. MC Ganesh Chandra, Praveen KL  and Mohana Mahendran as Cinematographer, Editor and Art Director respectively. Stunt choreography was taken care by Rajasekar.
