Takkar Story

Takkar is an action drama movie written and directed by Karthik G. Krish. Siddharth and Divyansha Kaushik starred in the lead roles, along with Abimanyu Singh, Yogi Babu, Munishkanth, RJ Vigneshkanth, and any others in supporting roles.

Vanchinathan Murugesan handled the cinematography, and the film's editing was done by GA Gowtham. Nivas K. Prasanna composed the music and soundtracks for the film, while Dinesh Kasi choreographed the stunts. Sudhan Sundaram and G. Jayaram produced this film under the banner of Passion Studios.

Plot

A young-looking active man works in a variety of fields while striving to become a billionaire soon. When he meets the multimillionaire daughter, who has had enough of her family, she is drawn to his cheerful outlook and feels compelled to travel the rest of her journey with him.

They stole a car from a bigshot who was actually looking for the girl. The girl he loves the most is asked for 50 lakhs by a Singapore businessman after Sidharth loses everything. The rest of the movie is about how he determines whether to pursue his goal or how he scams the Singaporean.

Filming:

The shooting for this movie began in Chennai, continued in Bangalore, and ended in the Andaman wilderness. The movie balances its action, comedy, and thriller scenes.

Release Date

Takkar was released in theatres on June 9, 2023.
