Deepika crowned Miss South India 2009!

Deepika, a young girl from Bangaloru was crowned as Sunsilk Miss South India 2009 at a colourful event held in the City trade Center a couple of days ago.

Jasmine from Bangalore and Sowmya from Vijayawada got the second and third place respectively.

Sunsilk Miss South India is one of the best platforms for aspiring models in South India.

Conducted by Maya Event Management and Vision Pro, the Sunsilk Miss South India took place in two phases.

The first phase was the determination of the best looking person from each state, and the crowning of Miss Karnataka, Miss Kerala, Miss Andhra Pradesh and Miss Tamil Nadu.

These four lovely ladies competed against each other for the Sunsilk Miss South India title, in the grand final event.

Vijay Adhiraj hosting the event very interestingly and Kollywood celebrities like Shirin, Shantanoo, Ashok, Sibiraj, Raguman, Devayani, Bhuvaneshwari, director Vasanth and music director Vijay Antony graced the show with their presence

Actress Ramya Krishnan crowned the winners.
